I have been over weight all my life. I am 59. Last year I joined Swift Weight Loss and lost 40lbs. I got bored intake a pound of meat per day. I got to maintenance but was reintroduced to food that were taken away from me. Of course, I overate again. I slowly place on a pound weekly. Then I was to go back on the Original plan which I did but I was so bored with intake what was on the plan and I felt that it was too much meat required to eat. I asked for the no-meat plan. I started gaining because of the automobile bs. I then went to Jenny to get entrees that were without meat and had those on the plan. Currently, I have place 15 of those lbs. back on and I feel miserable. I just want to know what is a good innocuous diet that I can follow for the rest of my life that is not so expensive. I have invested so much money in diets especially at QuickWeight L.
You have to get back to the basics. The problem with all those programs was that it was missing the element of exercise. Exercise helps you hold on to your muscles while you lose fat. This ensures that you don’t regain the weight thereafter. It helps keep your metabolism high. When you diet the way you have, your metabolism is severely compromised and that is why you regained the weight. Since you have had a lot of bad experiences, I would suggest you gain some useful information first on how to lose weight correctly. Losing weight correctly means losing only fat and holding on to your muscles. Before you go on the next program, make sure you have educated yourself well. The program must have exercise and a sensible and healthy diet. Not one which is forced upon you.
