I want to lose some weight over the next few months, what are some tips to help that?
I drink 64 oz. of water each day, exercise for 30 min. to an hour and a half each day, and I’ve been trying to take superior by slicing out junk food. I’m a really picky eater, also, so what are some foods I can eat?

Workout as much as you can. Also start eating a healthy breakfast and dinner. You can go on google and google it. I was amazed the breakfast and dinner was so good!
thats good u exercise for 30min to an hr.
try eating 6smaller meals throuhout the day then eating one big meal.
by doing this ur metabolism will work more faster.
try adding whole grain foods in ur diet. add a lot of fruit and vegetables.
try to eat protien. try to aim eating salmon for 3 days a week.
also eat 1handful of nuts a day
Do you have a specific end goal? I would recommend starting there. Most people tend to not have a goal in mind, which makes it very easy to quit. Set a long term goal (5 years) and break it up into short term goals (weekly, monthly).
Another good idea is to get on a consistent meal plan. It doesn’t have to be a really strict diet, you want something you can follow and keep at. As far as food you can avoid, ditch all the processed, refined foods – white carbs are a big one to reduce!
Those 2 points alone can get you shedding weight quickly and safely.

In any weight-loss plan, you need to set an achievable goal. They need to be clear and realistic. A good goal to start with would be to lose 2 pounds a week for the first 5 weeks and then 1 pound a week after that.
Try this: fill half of your plate with green vegetables, one-quarter with protein rich food and one-quarter with whole grains. Instead of eating three times a day, you can then eat 6 times a day, but in smaller portions. This will help you in boosting your metabolism. A side benefit of this is that you will not need to go for that fast snack in between.
Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and don’t forget to eat at least three servings of fish a week.
