okay so i have tiny time to lose weight, i’m 14 and 5’2”
i want to lose weight and inches off my waist. i know the common answer would be exercising ha. but state i select not to exercise, is there any other weight losing tips?

honestly, unless your planning on paying thousands of dollars for surgery, no exercise is not an option. along with exercise, try to cut out all sodas and juices and replace them with water. or cut out all “whites” aka white bread, potatoes, pasta, etc. those are two easy ways that a 14 year old might stay dedicated to/

    Look dear, you can’t lose weight without exercising. But, if you want to lose weight off your waist I’ll tell you a few things to do. Look up the “plank” where you get in the push up position except with your elbows and forarms on the ground instead. Then hold it for as long as you can. It’ll hurt and you’ll shake, but it’s the best exercise for the abs you can do. Carry around water all time, and word is ice water will kill calories quicker. Right away when you wake up, eat a very light breakfast to get your metabolism fired up, and if you don’t like eating right away, jog in place, jump rope, or do jumping jacks then drink a glass of very cold ice water immediately after you wake up. That will also put your metabolism into fat burning mode. Snack lightly every 4 hours otherwise you’ll go into fat storing. Stay away from butter, white bread, pizza, and anything with high fat. In losing weight, you need to become a label detective so always check labels. Bring back sit ups and do them because they do work. Uum, absolutely no soda and try looking up some yoga on the computer or if your mom has some videos, do that once in a while. But the fact of the matter is, you need cardio in order to lose weight. Go for walks, go bowling, play basketball, play Wii, jog up at school… do anything to get yourself moving. Ok good luck with it all..

    stupid idea i know
    but hey
    your stomach shrinks
    and you dont eat.
    just drink ALOT ALOT ALOT of water. :)
