Question by Chelsea H: I need help losing weight!?
I’m 19 year old female, 182 pounds.
Getting ready to lose some weight,
I recently broke my foot, which caused me to not be able to use my foot, so I am trying to adjust to travel on it again.

Any tips on weight loss?
Any inspirational quotes or a website with inspiration would be very much welcomed!

honestly just try to refrain bad foods, and dont take late at night. Eat a huge breakfast and small dinner so your body has the whole day to burn off those morning calories.

    Well since you broke your foot I would recommend that you take it slow. Also the proper way to lose weight is 1-2 pounds a week (please remember that).

    Since you are a female I would strongly suggest that you do some weight resistance exercise for the lower body to help prevent osteoporosis when you get older. Cardio is another great thing!

    Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so if you hit the gym do not be alarmed if you gain weight before you lose weight! The most important thing is not weight (or a number) but how you feel! :)

    losing weight is tough i know
    but have some self-control
    Eat less fattening food like chocolate and oily foods
    Since you broke your foot recently you have to rest easy for awhile
    When you are back to top shape do lots of sit-up every morning push yourself harder
    do at least a total of 30> sit-ups every day(this is how i lost loads of weight in 3 weeks)
    You can jog in a park every morning too
    Don’t worry, you will get used to exercising after a week and you will be totally fit
    And you’ll lose weight lots of weight
    This is what i did,I was 50kg a month ago
    but right now i am only 42kg
    Losing weight takes a long time so be patient!
    And here is another thing(i don’t know if it works for you)after every time you eat something walk around the house(or where you are).It would be like you did not eat anything at all
    cuz you burn up the fats from the food(only works for light snacks)like potato chip and bread
