okay me and my sister are havin a competion who can loose weight.
plz tell me good exercises to lose weight and how many calories i should take im amale 5ft 8 inch 202 14 yr old
yea i know im fat but i have muscle also

Weight loss iz not a game dude!! I’ll tell you what helped me lose 4 pounds in 1 day although I am eating irregularaly … swim like alot and that will keep you away from 2 much food hop i helped:)
Hi! I know how annoying and just uncomfortable it can be if you are overweight and need to lose weight, I’m going through the same thing. I’d suggest trying weightwatchers, if you stick to the program, you will see first results within a week! I did really well on the program, and I stayed off the weight, too. Only eat vegetables, fruits, protein, and whole wheat
and drink lots of water.Since i am a girl i don’t really
know how many calories you should be eating but
remember that most vegetables and fruits use
more calories to digest than what they actually
contain. Do cardio, such as walking and running and also
lift weights since the more muscle you have on your body
the more calories you burn. YOU ARE IN CHARGE! Always
remember that – it’s your body so treat it well! no junk food,
sodas, or sugary foods, if you get hungry turn to your new
