    ~To reach a goal take small steps~

I believe I saw that on a Church sign once. I always felt like you can do anything if you take small steps.

What kept my girlfriend and I on track was using the satisfied on half portion recording. We ordered them from independentachievment.com Some are downloads and some are CDs. But we only listen for 15 minutes everynight before going to bed..and that’s it…we are very satisfied on the food we eat when we get throught with half our plate!

I totally understand where you are coming from. I am going through the same thing as you. I have lost most of my weight and got about 15 to go. It is a struggle but you can do it. Think positive. Take a day at a time and remember what you have accomplished so far. Even when you fall keep going day by day eating healthy and getting some kind of exercise. It is a life process. Never give up. Look at a before and after picture to keep you inspired, too. Good Luck!

    Here is one……

The temporary satisfaction of unhealthy eating or being lazy pales in comparison to the immense pleasure you will feel when you look like a million bucks…

Also, just take the pressure off of yourself and take it one day at a time. Make small, healthy, reasonable changes. You want this to be a permanent lifestyle change, so don’t do anything drastic. Focus on eating and exercising in ways that support a healthy lifestyle, but do not prevent you from living a normal life. Good luck

And, if it makes you feel any better, I fell off the wagon during the holidays, as well. I was doing so well and was really disappointed in myself, but I am not going to beat myself up about it. I am just taking baby steps to get back on track…..

Go to the produce section of a grocery store and pick up a 10 pound bag of potatoes.
Carry them around while you are shopping.
    That was just 10 pounds.

look in the mirror before you eat anything, without sucking your stomach in. Remember: A moment on the lips, forever on the hips.

clear your mind of everything and do anything to turn your thoughts and stay on track. you can do it and you’ve done great so far. don’t let it be over yet.

think of the thin you, think of the healthy you and think of the results of your exercise that really does help.oh and the other thing reward yourself after a week of exercise.
