i weigh 161 pounds and im 5, 5. i know i am over weight bc of this calculator on some website. im very uncomfertable, or how ever u spell it lol, with my weight. i don”t have like any healthy foods at my home besides brocli. So can any like give my a schedual of times i should work out and run.

run regular after school for 20-30 minutes, then play a sport lik ebasketball of soccer in your yard. I fyou wanna burn lots of calories try jumping rope doing 200 in a row then breaking and doing it again. Try to take the healthiest things You Do have in your house. Make your parent a grocery list of what you want them to buy. Always check food labels!

you should go work out or go running/jogging around your neighborhood for at least 30 minutes. you can go jog in the evening or early int he morning like about 6am or 5:30pm.
and eat healthy food,e.g fruits and vegetables.

2. exercise for a hour a day
-use magazine,tv, dvd, internet to find workouts
-run, jump rope. jumping jacks burn the most calories
-do muscle strenghten b/c muscle burns calories
-stretch to prevent injury
3. watch what you eat try 6 small meals a day so you won’t be hungry, don’t starve yourself or you will slow down your metabolism makng harder to lose weight, every 3000 calorie is a lb so try to cut down on calorie intake
4. less calories, more exercise, more water= weight loss
