If you want to transform your body physique and lose fat it is a prerequisite that you constantly change your workout and vary your routines from time to time. If your goal is to acquire muscles and lose fat, sticking to one routine will make your muscles become complacent and you will hit a bodybuilder’s plateau where the muscles refuse to grow no matter how intense your training is. If you change to challenge your muscle with new routines you will not be able to break out of the plateau. What most people adopt is that changing your routine means doing away with the old one completely. This is however not true, what it means is that you simply introduce new techniques and remove a few of the old ones but not all of them.
The development and growth of the muscles will depend on the workout you are undertaking and how effective the training regimen is. When you begin a new workout your body will respond even faster and you will be able to achieve muscle hypertrophy. As soon as the body gets used to the workout it will begin progressing at a lower rate until it reaches a plateau. When this happens it’s time to change your training regimen so that you can be able to overcome the plateau. You can be altering the number of reps or sets you do in apiece workout as well as the order you perform your exercise.
If you carefully plan out your workout properly you will be able to cause a significant increase in the amount of lean body muscles. This is very important when it comes to burning fat because your body muscle percentage will determine your rate of body metabolism. If you have a high percentage of body muscles your body metabolism will be very fast and if you have a low percentage of body muscles your metabolism will be very slow. If your body metabolism is slow you will not be able to burn a lot of calories and if your body metabolism is high you will be able to burn a lot of calories. When you workout your muscles increase and so does your rate of body metabolism and this will make you burn plenty of fat.
If you want to lose weight and still remain healthy then you should think about working out as opposed to using any cult diets. This is because cult diets will make the body go into starvation mode. When the body is in starvation mode you will begin losing muscles instead of body fat because it is trying to conserve energy. This will cause your muscle tissues to deplete and your metabolism will slow down. As a result of the slow metabolism you will not be able to burn a lot of calories and this make you place on even more weight.
The other way you can be able to lose weight is by using steroids and this is also very hazardous because they can affect your health adversely.
