I’ve lost 32kg in the past 6 months after being overweight all my life…I excersise everyday…My intake habits have changed…I don’t take as much or the same foods I used to…

I went to a dermatologist and he told me that the hair loss is due to weight loss but I’m not convinced…He stated it’s something that is self correcting and will go back to normal hair growth when I’ve completed losing the weight…

One thing that is strange though is that the hair loss did begin a couple of moths after i started to lose weight…

He stated my hair loss doesn’t match that of normal male pattern hair loss because the hair loss is all around my head…Not really on the sides and back though…

Are there any other men who have experienced this type of hair loss?

I’m ashamed to state I don’t think I’ve been losing weight the proper way…I’ve been slicing a lot of foods out of my diet…I never really ate fruits and vegetables before and I don’t now…I take mostly at night before bed and don’t really take breakfeast or very much for lunch….

I am however willing to change my habbits if it means regaining my health and hair…

But at the same time I want to be losing weight…
